We are officially in the middle of the Holiday Season. We’re past Halloween and Thanksgiving, now preparing for Hanukkah, Festivus, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.

If your house is up for sale during the historically slowest selling season of the year, you need to pull out all the stops to increase your chances of success. Here are a few tips for tugging on the heartstrings of the seasonally scant buyers, who you hope will come to check out your house.
