Guy Fieri’s Stagecoach Smokehouse is aiming to fit L.A.’s barbecue scene into a 40,000 square foot tent at this year’s Stagecoach Country Music Festival and have room left for a few rock stars.
The festival takes place April 26-28 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, and TV food personality Fieri is returning for his second year as curator of baby back ribs and brisket — and Stagecoach’s Mayor of Flavortown.
