Okayama Kobo Bakery & Cafe has opened its first U.S. shop in downtown Anaheim

Attention gluten-free crowd: Okayama Kobo Bakery & Cafe has opened in downtown Anaheim.

You want to make note of this because bakery serves gluten-free cookies and muffins made from Japanese rice flours. It brews GroundWork Coffee from Los Angeles and this is the first U.S. retail shop for the Japanese bakery. It has also opened Bizen Beer Bar, a craft brew pub next door.

Along with the bakery’s gluten-free offerings it makes breads and other treats daily from a special blend of Hokkaido wheat flour which is made to its particular specifications and shipped directly from Japan. Breads contain no preservatives or additives and [READ MORE HERE]
