Disney bounding campaign at the parks inspires girls to dream big

Marisa Umeh will be wearing a green dress on Thursday in tribute to the determination and entrepreneurship of Princess Tiana as part of an international campaign by the United Nations and Disney theme parks to promote female empowerment.

“There were a lot of strong character traits that Tiana possessed that I really admired,” said Umeh, 18, of Diamond Bar.
