Santa Ana man indicted on suspicion of trafficking meth, heroin and fentanyl

A federal grand jury indicted a Santa Ana man on Wednesday, Sept. 26 on charges of drug trafficking and unlawful possession of a firearm after police found a handgun and large quantities of drugs in his apartment in July.

Huntington Beach police found a .45-caliber pistol, 2,722 grams of methamphetamine, 1,992 grams of heroin and 891 grams of fentanyl in the apartment of Guillermo Ernesto Sanchez Hermosillo, 41, on July 31, federal prosecutors said in a news release.

He was being held in Orange County on state charges, and could face as many as 45 years in prison if found guilty in the [READ MORE HERE]
