Deputies seek van driver who seriously injured motorcyclist in Norwalk hit-and-run

NORWALK — Authorities on Saturday sought the public’s help in locating a motorist connected with a felony hit-and-run crash with a motorcyclist in Norwalk, which left the biker with serious injuries.

The suspect drove his van out of the driveway of a convenience store on Pioneer Boulevard, north of the 5 Freeway, about 6 a.m. Wednesday, directly into the path of a motorcycle going southbound on Pioneer Boulevard, according to Detective Carl Anna of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Norwalk Station.
