Los Angeles Football Club opens its first training camp in preparation for debut MLS season

The expansion process isn’t anything new for Bob Bradley, neither is having success with a first-year club.

Bradley was the first coach of the Chicago Fire in 1998. The end result: U.S. Open and MLS Cup champions.

“We were able to build a team that connected immediately with the city and the supporters,” Bradley said of that year.

As he prepares to embark on his second expansion project, this time with Los Angeles Football Club, Bradley could see himself in a similar situation.

“We’ve been waiting for a long time,” Bradley said as LAFC prepares for its first training camp, opening today at UCLA. [READ MORE HERE]
