Dr. Jim Garrow: If any man lack wisdom, let him ask of God who gives it liberally and upbraideth not

“If any man lack wisdom, let him ask of God who gives it liberally and upbraideth not.”

Don’t be fooled with numbers – I will always remember the booklet we received in Statistics 101 – “How to Lie With Statistics”. A valuable little guide to manipulating the masses using lies appearing as truth. Alinsky and Soros, Clinton and Obama, Jarrett and Axelrod know it well.

When my Facebook followers reached 14,000 a very interesting thing happened, I gained another almost 1,000 followers in short order. Then the method that would give the uninitiated the impression that folks were bailing out on me, my ideology and the truth that I tell was used as the numbers would drop off. But we already knew that this method had been used on others to discourage and undermine. Human nature wants to follow a winner, not someone mired in controversy or loosing followers. The loss of 800 followers was again mere manipulation by folks dispatched to join our ranks and then to undermine those ranks by appearing to bail out on me. Nice try Soros. Waste your time and your money and go after other targets. Conservatives and Christians are not swayed by numbers but are led by the Spirit and the assurance that He gives of what is or is not true.

It is my daily prayer that folks will be able to discern truth from lies and to sift the words and remove the dross of those who would influence us away from truth and into error. God answers the “effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man” and answers ours repeatedly. Praise the Name of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob who heals the soul and forgives our sins and guides us with His Eye.
