Our correspondent at Central Justice Center in Santa Ana, California just learned that there was a not guilty verdict handed down for ALL officers in the controversial court case of the Kelly Thomas murder. It seems that the “thin blue line” is alive and well, and we cannot count on our “peace officers” to protect and serve, but only to enforce their version of law.
More to come as more information comes in.
Update: Ramos, Cicinelli and families were hurried out of the courtroom.
Ron Thomas, Kelly Thomas’ father, said he was “stunned by the verdict”, and also stated that he’d never seen such a miscarriage of justice.
Thomas also stated that he thought that federal authorities should look into the case.
Ramos’ attorney, John Barnett, told reporters: “These peace officers were doing their jobs and they did what they were trained to do.”
